Arrowhead Creative Co. was founded in 2020 by Thomas Valdez, a creative director with a deep background in production and a drive for original, expressive work. That foundation shaped the agency from day one. In 2024, Braden Garner joined as co-owner and general manager, strengthening the agency's capabilities in business strategy, financial management, and client relations. Together, Thomas and Braden lead Arrowhead with a shared vision: to create compelling work that connects with audiences and helps organizations grow. Based in Houston, Texas, our team draws inspiration from the city's culture and diversity, developing creative work that resonates both locally and beyond. Our portfolio includes projects with nonprofits, corporate brands, small businesses, churches/religious organizations, and local government.
